At Smith Taekwondo Center, our students live by this phrase. It is a shared belief between all Smith Taekwondo students that they must lead by example, both in the dojang and out in public. Master Bob Smith was a guest Instructor at a testing for USTC when he first heard Master Dae Sung Lee use this power phrase. Master Smith was so impressed with this motivational phrase that he asked Master Dae Sung Lee if he could incorporate it into his training. With Master Dae Sung Lee's approval, Master Smith has used this power phrase ever since that day and remains thankful to Master Dae Sung Lee for sharing it with him. Techniques and attitudes vary from school to school and from style to style. Therefore, not all Taekwondo schools are alike. Smith Taekwondo Center offers individuals a unique program of physical fitness, tension release, personal development, goal setting and achievement. The training regime at Smith Taekwondo is designed to create strength and endurance of the mind and body. It is an aerobic exercise, which through consistent training and practice develops muscles, helps the body to become agile and flexible, and refines reflexes. As training progresses, the body tones and firms and many students see both medical and mental health improvements. Students become more alert and self-confident. At Smith Taekwondo Center our guiding principles are defined by the
